Infused Water

Water is and always will be the key to weight loss. Hydration especially is in South Texas is not only necessity but vital. As much as we enjoy water there are many who do not enjoy the tasteless substance of H2O. The latest trend in water is INFUSED WATER.

What is infused water? It is water that contains colorful fruit to add flavor and cut body fat.

Here are a few of our favorites to try out!

Cucumber Lemon: 1. Sliced cumber (thinly sliced)

2. 4 slices of lemon

3. Combine in a pitcher of water

4. Chill for at least 2 hrs and enjoy

Orange Pineapple:

1. ½ cup of pineapple (chopped into quarters)

2. 1 orange sliced with the peel

3. Combine into a pitcher of water and chill for 2 hrs

4. Enjoy!

Orange/Lemon

1. ½ Orange sliced

2. 1 sliced lemon

3. Combine and Chill for 2 hrs

4. Enjoy!
