Ingredients
- 1 (2-lb) pork tenderloin
- 1 1/3 cups sugar-free traditional or honey mustard BBQ sauce
- 1 cup crushed canned no-sugar-added pineapple with juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 8 hours.
- Shred the meat with two forks and serve.
Serve the pulled pork on a salad or on a lower-carb wrap.
